A spreadable salami with a gentle kick of chilli heat. Our chillies are grown locally for us by Oxfordshire Chilli Garden and the addition of a Red Rye beer from Hook Norton Brewery along with plenty of roasted red peppers gives a perfectly rounded flavour.
Not as intensely hot as our ‘Nduja. This is a great product to spread on some really good bread.
You will get a 290g chunk cut from a whole salami. You will get a minimum shelf life of 6 weeks (likely to be closer to 3 months)
