Organic Sauvignon Blanc From The Loire Valley in France
This organic white wine is made by a small independent winemaker in the region of Coteaux de l'Aubance in the Loire Valley France. Christophe Daviau is well known for his wines in the region and all the wines are made by hand without the use of artificial sprays and chemicals in the vineyard since 1996. The wine has been made from 100% Organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes which is a grape commonly grown across the Loire Valley. This Sauvognon Blanc is very fresh, crisp and has a nice acidic backbone sitting behind flavours of gooseberry, grapefruit and white peach.
If you are looking to pair this organic white wine with food then pecorino cheese or a pad thai with a bit of fresh chilli will work well.
This is a 75cl bottle and contains 12.5% alcohol. It is a 2019 vintage wine and should be consumed before December 2021.
This is a certified organic product in compliance with EU regulations.
