Rosé From Conca De Barbera in Spain
This organic rosé wine is made by a small independent winemaker in the town of Conca De Barbera in Spain. Albert and Mariona are a young wine making couple who make all their wines by hand without the use of artificial sprays and chemicals in the vineyard. Paxtanga rosé wine is made from 100% Trepat grapes which is native to the Conca De Barbera region where they are located.
If you are looking to pair this organic rosé wine with food then grilled jerk chicken and a fresh garden salad will work well.
This is a 75cl bottle and contains 12% alcohol. It is a 2016 vintage wine and should be consumed before December 2020.
