A limited edition conserve made from Granny’s old French recipe: the kernels are removed from the stones (we hand crush them), slow roasted then added to the jam for an extra almondy, nutty flavour. This is the traditional way of making the best apricot conserve, and although time consuming, it is definitely worth it! It’s sublime.
Best served with fresh croissants in the south of France. It is also a great filling and topping for cakes, scones, crumpets, waffles, pancakes and pastries.
