⏵ Missed Delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery again the next working day, or leave in a safe place. You can reschedule or provide a safe place via the tracking link if necessary.

⏵ Incorrect Address?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can update the address at no charge. For orders already processed or dispatched, a £7.50 fee applies. Contact us immediately for assistance.

⏵ Returns

Yes, if your item is unopened and unused, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. Once confirmed, the return must arrive with us within 7 calendar days (From confirmation). Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Need help with return postage? We can provide a pre-paid Royal Mail label with home collection (UK Mainland only) — a £7.50 fee will be deducted from your refund if used.

Return Requirements: 

You must email us within 7 days of delivery, and ensure the item is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition with all original packaging intact. 

Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage; if items arrive in unsellable condition, we may apply a 25% restocking fee or decline the refund. 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the return. Returns outside these terms may not be accepted.

Exceptions & Additional Terms:    

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll provide a full refund (excluding restocking) with courier confirmation or photo evidence within 48 hours. 

Delivery issues — such as missed collections, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or inaccessible locations — all associated costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the address is incorrect and the parcel can’t be returned, no refund will be issued. 

Gift returns must be arranged by the original purchaser unless agreed otherwise. 

Important: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once packed or shipped, our standard returns policy applies. 

All deliveries are tracked, and confirmed deliveries (with courier photography) are not eligible for refund claims due to non-receipt.

Our letterbox gifts come in a premium EDEN Treats branded gift tube featuring preset occasion messages. This gift is approximately 21cm x 8cm and weighs .6kg - 1.2kg and includes a gift card. Each gift is shipped in a bespoke unbranded double-wall cardboard outer, sealed with EDEN Treats tape.
