We do not provide a guaranteed ‘Nut or Soy Free’ hamper. However, please contact us directly regarding your requirements, as we do stock products which do not contain nuts or soy and may be able to assist you

⏵ How is the gift packaged?

Our letterbox gifts come in a premium EDEN Treats branded gift tube featuring preset occasion messages. This gift is approximately 21cm x 8cm and weighs .6kg - 1.2kg and includes a gift card. Each gift is shipped in a bespoke unbranded double-wall cardboard outer, sealed with EDEN Treats tape.

• Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.

• Express Delivery: Next working day with a 1-hour delivery window and optional changes.

The courier will attempt delivery again the next working day, or leave in a safe place. You can reschedule or provide a safe place via the tracking link if necessary.

⏵ Incorrect Address?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can update the address at no charge. For orders already processed or dispatched, a £7.50 fee applies. Contact us immediately for assistance.

⏵ Returns

Food and drink are generally non-returnable, but we can be flexible. Notify us within 3 working days of receipt if you wish to return your order. Return it within 7 working days in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
