For its journey, your hamper is placed in a bespoke double-wall postal outer, sealed for secure and discreet delivery.

If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll amend the address free of charge. Once processed or dispatched, a £7.50 redirect fee applies. Please contact us straight away so we can assist.

⏵ Returns
Due to the nature of our food and drink products, returns are generally not possible. However, we aim to be fair. Please notify us within 3 working days of receipt if you wish to return your order. Items must be returned within 7 working days, unopened and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
