We work directly with independent suppliers, some are accredited, others may not yet have accreditation with the Vegan Society. However, we strictly vet suppliers to confirm their products are suitable for Vegans

We do not provide a guaranteed ‘Nut or Soy Free’ hamper. However, please contact us directly regarding your requirements, as we do stock products which do not contain nuts or soy and may be able to assist you

4. All our products are 100% Vegan, Plant-Based. We seek whole-food sources and natural, high-quality ingredients. Many of our products are also refined-sugar free. We never compromise on taste!

5. We work directly with small businesses to showcase their products and ingredients within our various ranges. We also ensure they receive a fair price for their hard work.

⏵ How is the hamper packaged?

Our hampers come in a premium EDEN Treats branded board box with an optional gift sleeve featuring preset occasion messages. Artisan Hampers are approximately 30cm x 23cm x 9cm and weigh 1.5kg - 2kg. They are lined with luxury paper ruffles for protection and excitement, and include a gift card. Each hamper is shipped in a bespoke double-wall cardboard outer, sealed with EDEN Treats tape.

We use top couriers for reliable service:

• Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.

• Express Delivery: Next working day with a 1-hour delivery window and optional changes.

• Saturday Delivery: Premium slot with all express benefits.

⏵ Missed Delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery again the next working day, or leave in a safe place. You can reschedule or provide a safe place via the tracking link if necessary.

⏵ Incorrect Address?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can update the address at no charge. For orders already processed or dispatched, a £7.50 fee applies. Contact us immediately for assistance.

⏵ Returns

Food and drink are generally non-returnable, but we can be flexible. Notify us within 3 working days of receipt if you wish to return your order. Return it within 7 working days in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
