Best served at room temperature. Ambient stable, but keep better in the fridge and we suggest that once opened wrap tightly.

Spicy Cider Chorizo Pokers
A really lovely, long lasting and tongue tantilising heat from the cayenne, paprika and chilli poweder we use in these lovely snacks. Hand made and hung for around 6 days in our special maturing room, we know that you'll love this.

Red Wine and Draycott Blue Cheese Pokers

We season the red wine, and removed most of the alcohol before blending our free range pork with Times Past Dairy's beautifully sharp, decadent and smooth blue cheese, from the village of Dracott, just down the road.
