To make things a little more interesting we put together a selection of 4 epic spice blends to breathe some fresh air into our bbqs and thought we'd share them with our lovely customers! Sorting the menu shouldn't be too hard with these flavour packed spice blends, amazing for some seriously tasty barbecues! We've put the bbq bangers collection together in an eye catching giftbox which makes sharing the love even easier!

★Thai Street Food: we've taken thai 7 spice & put our street food twist on the famous asian spice blend. bursintg with lemongrass, paprika, star anise & a lovely hum of heat from chili flakes.
★Lebanese Shawarma: make your own shawarma marinade using our shawarma spice mix. bursting with middle eastern vibes with smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric. Amazing with chicken, lamb or beef.
★Gaucho Chimichurri: The original herby steak sauce! Mix with white wine vinegar and some olive oil & drizzle over freshly sliced meat.
★Montreal Steak: Bursting with black pepper, dill and chilli flake, great with white and dark meat alike.

How do I avoid burning spices? Don't use too much direct heat and brush a little oil on the ingredients before cooking them.
How long should I marinade for? We recommend at least an hour but preferably over night.
Vegan? Vegan friendly
What preservatives do you use? We use zero artificial flavourings or preservatives and absolutely no MSG!
How much should I use? 1kg of ingredients per pouch is a good rule of thumb but that depends how well seasoned you prefer your food. Start with a little and add more as you go along.
How Long do they last in the cupboard? Sealed in a cool dry place they should easily last a year but I've tried various blend which have been in my cupboards for 2 years and they're still as fresh as ever!
