Why not try making our take on chimichurri sauce – a delicious, quick sauce can be made from the dried chimichurri by combining 1 pouch of chimichurri with 100ml olive oil and 40ml white wine vinegar. add 1 finely diced shallot to finishuseful tip – top the meat with chimichurri sauce when its resting that gives it a little time and warmth for the flavors in the sauce to come out.

How do I avoid burning spices? Don't use too much direct heat and brush a little oil on the ingredients before cooking them.
How long should I marinade for? We recommend at least an hour but preferably over night.

How much should I use? 1 kg of ingredients per pouch is a good rule of thumb but that depends how well seasoned you prefer your food.Start with a little and add more as you go along.
How Long do they last in the cupboard? Sealed in a cool dry place they should easily last a year but I've tried various blend which havebeen in my cupboards for 2 years and they're still as fresh as ever!
