Montreal steak works as a dry rub, pat dry the meat before adding seasoning and brush with oil before cooking.
Useful tip – works well with not only steaks but chicken as well. do not overuse as it can tip into salty territory.

How do I avoid burning spices? Don't use too much direct heat and brush a little oil on the ingredients before cooking them.
How long should I marinade for? We recommend at least an hour but preferably over night.

What preservatives do you use? We use zero artificial flavourings or preservatives and absolutely no MSG!
How much should I use? 1kg of ingredients per pouch is a good rule of thumb but that depends how well seasoned you prefer your food. Start with a little and add more as you go along.
How Long do they last in the cupboard? Sealed in a cool dry place they should easily last a year but I've tried various blend which have been in my cupboards for 2 years and they're still as fresh as ever!
