All spices will come in its own individually packed and sealed bag to retain goodness and freshness, and avoid spillage during transit. This tin has a close fitting air tight stainless steel lid, which will keep your spices fresher for longer. It also means that the stainless steel tin can be washed easily and can also be put in the dishwasher for cleaning.
Manju Malhi is a TV chef and a cookbook author who was born in England to Indian parents. She grew up in West London surrounded by Indian culture, traditions and lifestyles. However, she spent several years of her childhood in India where she explored and experienced the vast and varied cuisines of the country. In her cooking, she draws up on her past and combines it with the realities of urban Western life and has come up with her own unique Brit-Indi style of food. Her first book was the acclaimed 'Brit Spice'. More recently she filmed a 40 part television series making British cuisine for over 100 million viewers in a series called Cooking Isn't Rocket Science. Malhi likes to keep things simple and straightforward and loves to be known as a crossover cook.
Manju Malhi has published several books on Indian cookery, including Brit Spice and India with Passion. She appears regularly on TV, on programmes such as Simply Indian and BBC's Food and Drink and Saturday Kitchen.
