We are a small, artisanal tempeh producer based in Bristol. Run by husband and wife team, Ben & Kirstie, we set out to learn how to make tempeh the authentic way, in Indonesia (the birthplace of tempeh), as we were uninspired by the beige versions you can find on supermarket shelves.

We still make each batch by hand the traditional way, and each block is fresh frozen to preserve all the important nutrients tempeh has to offer. Tempeh is made using fermented organic soya beans and is high in protein, high in fibre, full of vitamins and minerals and naturally gluten-free (it even counts as one of your five-a-day).

New to tempeh? We have a new range of delicious, chopped & marinated tempeh pieces that you can easily fry or bake in a matter of minutes!
