Our famous dark chocolate salted caramels - a blend of 70% Dominican Republic dark chocolate and a muscovado based caramel with sea salt.
We use no cream or butter in our recipe - instead we use water making our truffle a water ganache. The London newspapers have called this "the chocolate that helps you lose weight" as it has half the calories and only quarter of the fat compared to traditional chocolate truffles.
