Made with gluten-free self raising flour, this pudding is especially wonderful served with a good vanilla ice cream or cream.
The Cotswold Pudding Company are a small company who are very passionate about their delicious handmade puddings.
They are lucky enough to live in an area that yields wonderful ingredients which they use to bake with such as farmhouse butter, cream and free-range eggs all locally sourced from the West Country.
Available to buy as a pack of 5 x 250g puddings. Each 250g pudding serves 2.
Storage: Store in the fridge upon receiving. Will freeze beautifully for up to 6 months.
