The Garlic Farm has been growing garlic on the Isle of Wight ever since Granny Norah planted the first few cloves in her garden over 40 years ago. Colin Boswell, The Garlic Farmer, and his wife Jenny, have spent years exploring garlic’s history and origins, experimenting with the many different varieties. Colin is widely regarded as the UK authority on all things garlic. Their daughter Natasha has written two fantastic books on cooking with garlic, while their other daughter and son (Josephine and Hugo) run the Garlic Farm Field Kitchen. The Garlic Farm is on a mission to bring the wonders of the mighty bulb to the masses!
