What is The Fibre Plan?

The Fibre Plan is a gentle, step-by-step way to increase your daily fibre intake to train your gut microbiome to digest fibre. This plan helps you build up fibre gradually over four weeks. By the end of week 4, your microbiome should have adapted to the increased fibre intake, making it easier to enjoy a fibre-rich diet.
You will receive 4 pouches, one for each week. As the weeks progress, you increase the portion size of fibre you add to your food each day.
- Add 1 teaspoon of fibre in week 1
- Add 2 teaspoons of fibre in week 2
- Add 3 teaspoons of fibre in week 3
- Add 4 teaspoons of fibre in week 4
By week 4, you'll be adding over 5g of additional fibre to your food each day. This slow and steady approach makes it easier for your body to adjust to the natural increase in fibre.
