We will provide everything you need to create a restaurant standard dinner for two, at home.
For your main course you will cook and enjoy our luxurious Yin and Yang squid ink risotto, topped with plump king scallops. Our Yin and Yang Risotto is an exquisite dish. The creamy squid ink risotto has flavours that instantly transport you to the seaside. Beautifully contrasted with succulent king scallops.
For dessert choose between making our delicious Black Forest Chocolate Fondant or enjoy a pre-made Vanilla Panna Cotta with raspberry coulis and shortbread, simply select from the dropdown option.
Our Black Forest Chocolate Fondant is a rich, luscious dessert to end your romantic meal. The soft and delicate sponge with an oozing chocolate centre, served with indulgent cherry cream and chocolate coated (and brandy soaked) fresh cherries is the perfect way to anyone’s heart!
Or opt for our pre-made Vanilla Panna Cotta with raspberry coulis and shortbread sourced from Gill’s Puddings in Market Drayton in the heart of the Shropshire Countryside. The delicate vanilla panna cotta is set on top of a tangy yet sweet raspberry coulis. All of Gill’s puddings are handmade and if you’re quick enough to hide the packaging, you could always pull this off as your own. We won’ tell if you don’t! Cooking more than one course can be a big undertaking and this pre-made dessert offers you a decadent end to your meal, without any of the work.

We know that when hosting a meal it’s always best to have as much prepared as possible so we have designed our hosting guides with that in mind. We split the recipes into preparation and serve tasks.
You will be cooking the main course and your dessert (if you opt for the chocolate fondant) and we will guide you through every step of the way.
Main preparation time = 40 minutes (including cooking time)
Main serve time = 10 minutes
Dessert preparation time = 25 minutes
Dessert serve time = 15 minutes
Pre-made dessert serve time = 2 minutes

All boxes are hand-picked and packed at our HQ in Shropshire and are dispatched from us via APC overnight in wool insulated packaging which keeps the food at ambient temperature for 48 hours.
Please note that this meal kit is a perishable product which contains fresh meat and produce and should be consumed within 4 days of delivery, unless stated otherwise. There is a 72 hour turn around on orders and we deliver on Thursdays and Fridays.
