The theme for March is “Floral” - A Mothers Day Special…
March sees us begin to welcome in all the joys of spring - not only is it a time to celebrate beautiful flowers, but also beautiful mothers (awww), and what better way to do so than with some beautiful bonbons to match.
This month our four flavours are inspired by floral notes. Now, we know that to some of you this may conjure up thoughts of overly potent perfumes, but rest assured, we have used these delicate flowery notes to add subtle floral flavours that balance perfectly with complimentary fruits and tantalising textures
The Mother's Day flavours are…
Violet & Cassis - Cassis (blackcurrant) gel, parma violet infused cassis ganache, inside a ruby chocolate shell. It’s a tangy, fruity affair!
Hibiscus - Hibiscus caramel, paired with a crunchy brown butter base studded with freeze-dried strawberries, wrapped inside a 55% dark chocolate shell. One for the dark chocolate lovers.
Jasmine & Pear - Pear and vanilla pâte de fruit, jasmine infused pear ganache, encased in white chocolate shell. A delicate balance of fruity and sweet.
Orange Blossom - Orange blossom marshmallow, atop a house-made nutmeg and caramelised white chocolate wafer. Light notes of spice with a beautiful texture!
All orders come with a handwritten gift note option in our very own greeting card. Perfect for when you’re sending a chocolate-y treat to a loved one, with a personal touch.
These chocolates are available in boxes of 9, 12 and 18.

Please note: Chocolates have a six week best before from approximately the 1st of each month, this is due to the fresh ingredients used to make our delicious creations! Our flavours change monthly with four brand new flavours based around a theme.
Store in a cool, dark place away from moisture, heat source and strong odours. Please avoid placing the chocolates in the fridge in order to retain their shine and temper.
We use only high-quality, fair-trade couverture chocolate and sustainable, local ingredients as much as possible. Our boxes, cards and packing tape are fully recyclable, while our clear bags and packaging peanuts are biodegradable and compostable.
These chocolates contain gelatine, wheat, egg, milk and soy. Allergens in bold and underlined.
