Image Upload Information:
Please upload high quality images, min 3000 pixels, with transparant background. If you do send us a low quality image, we cannot guarantee it will print as well as a laser printer prints on paper. If the image quality is low we will try to get in touch with you to warn you of this. If you've chosen a scan of an old photo, taken a picture of a photograph or a screenshot, we cannot guarantee the quality of the print. Image should not be too closely cropped as it will be printed onto a circular surface and space either side of the image object is required to ensure the image is not cut off or off centre. Grey-scale / Sepia effect can only be used when printing logos.
Product Info:
Your macaron shell is colour matched to your brand / product colours and your logo is printed directly onto the macaron shell with our edible ink printer. If a full colour logo is to be printed onto the macaron, please note that the top macaron shell will have to be white / ivory as the image would not show through otherwise. Please note that we can't print white logo's. Black logos can be printed onto any colour macaron shell (Excl dark colours such as - black, deep red & navy).
Your macarons can be filled with a delicious flavour of your choice from our our Core Flavours / Vegan Range.
All beautifully presented in a white gift box, with a your choice of packaging options. If standard packaging is selected your gift box will include a bright & colourful illustrated sleeve.
*Minimum order quantity of 10 boxes. Please note that, as all of our products are handmade, there may be some variation in colours.

Storage Information: Macarons keep well for 7 days at ambient temperature and for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, it is recommended to store them in an airtight container. If refrigerated, we recommend you take them out of the fridge and bring back to room temperature before eating, to take full advantage of their textures and flavours.
Gifting: Personalise your gift by including a handwritten message within one of our beautiful greeting cards, or have it gift wrapped in our beautiful wrapping paper, hand-tied with a lovely yellow ribbon.
Shipping: We ship our macarons & treats throughout the United Kingdom using DX Couriers or Royal Mail. Both couriers offer a fully tracked service. You will receive a notification when we prepare your order for shipping and another notification with estimated date / time of delivery from either Royal Mail or DX Couriers. Please include a phone number for the recipient or yourself to receive delivery updates. If you do not, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries, as our courier needs a way to reach you if there are any issues. Please take an extra moment to ensure the delivery address is correct. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address and there may potentially be a charge to get it changed.
