PRODUCT INFO: Please note that, as all of our products are handmade, there may be some variation in colours. Please note, the towers do not come pre-assembled and will have to be made on site. Our towers are easy to assemble, simply click them into place. Each tower comes with simple to follow assembly instructions. Our luxury hand made macarons are packaged in clamshell trays. The trays are made of acrylic and have proven to be robust in transit. They will then be put in an external postal box and packaged with biodegradable / recyclable materials to make sure they barely move in transit.

STORAGE INFO: Macarons keep well for 7 days at ambient temperature and for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, it is recommended to store them in an airtight container. If refrigerated, we recommend you take them out of the fridge and bring back to room temperature before eating, to take full advantage of their textures and flavours.
DELIVERY INFORMATION: This product is only available for delivery from 5th to 23rd December 2023. We can deliver 7 days a week across Mainland UK. We ship with either Royal Mail or our Courier DX. Both couriers offer a fully tracked service. You can select a future delivery date and we'll dispatch your order 1-2 weekdays before. If opting for Standard Tracked, we advise choosing the day before your event / special occasion just to be safe. A Royal Mail or DX tracking link will be emailed on the day of dispatch so you can track the journey of your order. Both couriers typically show you a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Currently 95% of orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. Deliveries are made Tuesday to Sunday 8am – 6pm. Excluding bank holidays or public holidays.
