A multi-award winning range of British charcuterie, made in Dorset.

Started by James in 2014, The Real Cure use traditional techniques to make exceptional cured meats. They are passionate about using high welfare and native breed animals, and so ensure everything they use is responsibly sourced. This means wild deer, free range heritage breed pork and the best quality locally sourced ingredients.

The Real Cure's range includes salami, chorizo, and air dried hams, which are made using traditional artisan methods of smoking, curing and air drying. Their wild venison range is sourced from deer across the Dorset countryside who enjoy a varied and natural diet, making it some of leanest and tastiest meat about.
