A multi-award winning range of British charcuterie, made in Dorset.

Established in 2014 and based at Hartgrove Farm in rural Dorset, The Real Cure use traditional, artisan methods of curing, smoking, fermenting and air drying to create a unique, award-winning range of cured meats. Provenance is everything, which is why our salamis, chorizos and air dried hams are made using responsibly sourced, free range, wild and grass-fed British meat. 

Every one of our products has won Great Taste Awards, including our 3 star Hartgrove Coppa ham, which is aged for a minimum of 4 months in our custom drying rooms. We pride ourselves on award-winning flavour combinations, which stems from using the highest quality ingredients, from locally made Purbeck Cider and Dorset Blue Vinny cheese, to Calabrian Chillies and Pimenton de la Vera. 

Our letterbox hampers and gift boxes have been specially curated with a selection to suit every taste and come beautifully packaged with an optional gift note.
