Award-winning British charcuterie, including salami, air dried ham, chorizo and pepperoni, made in rural Dorset.

Established in 2014 and based at Hartgrove Farm near Shaftesbury, Dorset, The Real Cure use traditional, artisan methods of curing, smoking, fermenting and dry ageing to create a unique, award-winning range of cured meats. Provenance is everything, which is why our salamis, chorizos and hams are made using responsibly sourced, outdoor bred, wild and grass-fed British meat. 

Every one of our cured meat products has won Great Taste Awards, including our 3 star Hartgrove Coppa ham, which is aged for a minimum of 4 months in our custom drying rooms. We pride ourselves on award-winning flavours and using only the highest quality ingredients, from locally made Purbeck Cider and Dorset Blue Vinny cheese, to Calabrian Chillies and Pimenton de la Vera. 

Our products are carefully packed by our passionate team at our farm in Dorset, and hampers and letterboxes can include a personalised message of your choice. They don't need to be refridgerate until opened, so storage is super simple.
