Have you always wanted to make your own great tasting charcuterie at home but not known where to start? Join us for a one day charcuterie course, led by The Real Cure's award-winning Head Charcutier and company founder James Smart, where you'll learn the skills needed to make your very own charcuterie.
You'll learn the key principles of making cured whole muscle products such as coppa ham, cured and smoked fish, bacon, salami and chorizo.
You will leave with several tried and tested recipes so you can continue your new found skills at home.
You'll also take home your very own cured bacon and we'll send your chorizo to you in the post 6 weeks later.
Learn the principles of curing, fermenting, smoking and air drying prepare and cure your own bacon to take home and make your own chorizo which will be sent to you 6 weeks later.
The day begins at 10.30am at Tisbury Cookery Studio with coffee and Real Cure bacon rolls and includes a lunch of charcuterie, local cheeses and pickles, ending at around 3.30pm.
You will receive an electronic voucher or gift voucher just enter the recipient's email address or supply the shipping address at checkout. You will receive instructions on how to redeem your voucher along with course joining instructions.
