The Great Taste Charcuterie Hamper Box
This beautifully packaged hamper box contains 3 of The Real Cure’s smoked wild venison salamis, all Great Taste Award winners, and to round things off they have included their 3 star Great Taste Award winning Hartgrove Coppa Ham.
This really is the ultimate selection of cured meats to keep even the foodi-est of foodies happy! Made by multi award-winning charcuterie company The Real Cure, Sloe & Garlic Wild Venison Salami, Wild Venison Chorizo and our Venison Pepperoni are all made using wild British deer, combined with sustainably and locally sourced ingredients. Smoked over oak chips for 36 hours, this is British charcuterie at its best.
All items are gluten free. Our charcuterie Gift Boxes and Hampers currently have a minimum shelf life to end of Jan ‘22 and do not need to be refrigerated until opened.
The hamper box contains:
- Wild Venison Salami - Smoked Sloe and Garlic 110g - 2 Star Great Taste Winner 2016 Made using wild British venison, foraged sloes, fresh garlic and a good glug of red wine. Smoked over oak chips for 3 days.
- Wild Venison Chorizo 110g - 1 Star Great Taste winner 2016 Game changing on pizza or in stews or eat as is. The warmth from the chillies combines beautifully with the smoked paprika and fresh garlic – seriously addictive!
- Venison Pepperoni - Smoked Chilli and Caraway 110g - 1 Star Great taste winner 2017 Smokey with a spicy heat, the caraway seeds give a subtle aniseed flavour to finish. Handmade using wild British venison, this pepperoni is smoked over oak for 3 days before air-drying.
- Hartgrove Coppa 55g - 3 Star Great Taste Award winner 2018. Free range pork neck fillet, dry cured in a gentle mix of herbs and spices, then air dried for 3 months. A fantastic addition to a British charcuterie sharing board. Try wrapping around asparagus spears or pickles. Use in place of parma ham.
