La Casalinga from the Italian for 'home cooking' or 'home cook' this is a robust blend for adding flavour to salsa Bolognese, ragu, Cacciatore, Tuscan-style beef or game stews, pulses, meatballs and polpettone (Italian meat loaf).
Sel Fou: An extraordinary blend from Western France with pink peppercorns, cumin and Piment d'Espelette chilli exclusively from France's Basque Country. Use on baked salmon, roast chicken, goose and duck, in home-made pate or terrine, with baked firm white fish such as hake or cod, on pan-fried scallops or in potates boulangere.
Our tins look beautiful in any gourmet kitchen. The seasonings are packed inside the tin in a 100% home-compostable bag for freshness and security. The seasonings will last 12 months from when they're received as long as they're kept cool and dry with the lid securely closed after use.
