Packs comes complete with an easy to follow recipe card and all the freshly ground spice blends required to cook with. Each kit includes two sachets containing our special belnds to create a tasty main meal and side dish/condiment to generously feed 2/3 people.
We include spices not commonly found in home store-cupboards and some of our special blends contain up to 22 different spices - so that's a lot of spicy know-how! We know the importance of cooking with freshly ground spices, as they lose their fragrance quickly, so we package our spices instantly meaning they are used at their very best for optimum flavour. We'll be with you every step of the way, guiding you with our easy to follow recipe instructions enclosed within each packet, meaning even a person with basic cooking skills can enjoy our cooking our recipes.

Sri Lankan Coconut & Lime Curry with Yellow Rice (Ingredient weight 27g)
An exotic curry made with our fragrant Sri Lankan spice blend. The dish is flavoured with creamy coconut milk, tangy lime, and hints of cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. The curry is served with yellow rice on the side.
Malaysian Rendang Curry with Turmeric Rice (Ingredient weight 20g)
A delicious Malaysian curry made with creamy coconut milk. Its distinctive taste comes from fragrant spices which include cardamom, star anise and cumin, combined with flavours of kaffir lime and tamarind. We serve with turmeric rice on the side.
Moroccan Tagine with Rose Petal Harissa (Ingredient weight 26g)
A delicious Moroccan stew made with the perfect blend of warming spices. Apricots and caramelised onions provide subtle sweetness, whilst gentle simmering creates a dish which is rich and packed with flavour. We serve with a traditional rose petal Harissa paste on the side for those that like their meals a little hotter.
Thai Yellow Curry with Nam Prik (Ingredient weight 21g)
A delicious Thai curry made with coconut milk, potatoes, galangal, lemongrass, and fragrant spices, served with traditional Thai condiment called Nam Prik, which adds saltiness, tang, and heat from the birds-eye chillies.
Jalfrezi Curry with Lemon Rice (Ingredient weight 30g)
A classic Indian restaurant favourite made with caramelised onions and red peppers in a rich, spicy tomato sauce. We serve with fragrant lemon rice on the side, for extra indulgence.
Goan Fish Curry with Coconut & Ginger Chutney (Ingredient weight 28g)
