From an English Orchard in Cambridgeshire County.
Natural & unprocessed.
The taste: This is pale or gold in colour and sweet with a hint of apple. Never to be underestimated. A true British honey made by bees pollinating apple orchards early in the year. Some years there is no honey to be collected from the bees. Spring time can be unpredictable and the bees might need the whole crop for themselves.Try this honey with yoghurt and fruit or drizzle it over a luxury vanilla ice cream.
Two jars, because one is not enough!
