A long lasting drink to enjoy in the afternoon or with a meal.
This oolong tea gets its name because it comes from a mountain reaching 1800 meters above sea level. It is also known as High Mountain Cold Tea, because of its special aroma that reminds drinkers of the cold air atop a mountain. The tea shrubs are surrounded by miles of beautiful Cunninghamia forest. The tea leaves are soaked in this unique woody aroma, making it unique against other high mountain oolong.
Brewing Guide: Use 3gr or 1 teaspoon of tea for 250ml or 1 cup of filtered water. Boil water and allow to cool to a temperature of 95°C / 203°F. Brew for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
