This competition (the “Competition”) is operated by Yumbles Media Ltd ("Yumbles"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 8496408 and with our registered office address at 3 Queen Street, Pitstone, Leighton Buzzard, Beds, LU7 9AU. This Competition starts at 8:00am on 1st November 2023 GMT (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:59pm on 15th November 2023 GMT (the “End Date”) (together the “Competition Period”).

By entering the Competition, you agree and shall ensure that your personal data will be used by Yumbles to complete the Competition. If you win the Competition, you agree that your personal data will be used to announce you as the winner and to use in order to send you the Prize (defined below). Any personal data collected by Yumbles will be processed in accordance with Yumbles’s privacy policy.

Eligiblity

To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must:

• be 18 years or over;
• be a UK resident;
• add products to your wishlist on Yumbles;
• have a registered account with Yumbles

Employees of Yumbles are not eligible for entry into this Competition. Any third parties involved in the preparation and/or performance of this Competition are also not eligible.

How to enter the competition

To enter the Competition, you must:

• register a new account or sign in to your existing account with Yumbles
• add products to your wishlist

No purchase is necessary.

By entering the Competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How the competition works

The Competition closes on the End Date. Any entries made in accordance with the Competition must be submitted during the Competition Period. Any entries made after the End Date shall be deemed invalid and therefore not considered.

The prize

The winner will win a £200 Yumbles gift card voucher, and their chosen friend will receive a £100 Yumbles gift card voucher. (the “Prize”).

The Prize is not transferable or returnable and has no cash alternative.

Yumbles must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Yumbles will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable, a copy of their winning entry, to anyone who emails support@yumbles.com within one month after the relevant End Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Yumbles at support@yumbles.com. In such circumstances, Yumbles must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

How a winner is selected

One winner will be selected from all of the valid entries. The winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator.

We will announce the winner by email by 5pm GMT on 17th November 2023 (the “Winner Announcement Date”). The selected winner will be contacted by our Customer Service team via email within 24 hours of the Winner Announcement Date to confirm delivery details for the Prize.

All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner but if a Prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner, or if a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, for whatever reason, within 72 hours of being contacted then a replacement winner will be randomly selected, using a random number generator, and will be notified on the same terms. The original winner and their entry will then be forfeited.

Limitation of liability

Yumbles will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, delayed in transit regardless of cause, including but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, network and computer hardware or software failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yumbles will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by Yumbles's negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Yumbles' rights

Yumbles reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition if, acting reasonably, the Competition cannot be conducted as specified.

Yumbles reserves the right to substitute a Prize for another Prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

You agree that Yumbles may make your entry available on its website (Yumbles.com). You hereby grant Yumbles a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the entry, to use, display, publish the entry.

Governing law

Any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales, and shall be heard in the courts of England.
