Just had some for lunch. I used the No 4 and added cooked mushrooms and broccoli and used creme fraiche for the sauce together with wilted fresh spinach, topped with a sprinkle of parmesan! It was just delicious!

Spot on: with Fantastic Flavour & texture

Have purchased free range Turkeys from Morton's before, always been very pleased. Tried buying "local" last two years, good but not as good, so had a 5kg Bird this year from Morton's, really glad I did. Arrived on time, very well chilled/packed. Kept bird in garage, so was fine till bought to room temperature on 24th. Followed instructions for cooking and result was great. Still nice and moist but to required interior temperature as per timing, so able to judge all other parts of meal exactly. Carved well but kept intact. Taste was excellent, very slightly "gamey" giving that extra flavour, so very pleased as were all my guests. Giblets helped make excellent gravy of course and retained fat was great for roast potatoes plus fantastic jelly/fat as dripping on toast, Boxing day tea. Finally no waste as carcass was used to make several pints of stock, which freezes well. Not cheap, but quality is not nor expected to be, these birds had an excellent natural life to the end. In my opinion you "gets what you pay for" and I think worth every "penny" . Will definitely stay with Morton's in future.

All of the family were impressed by the quality of the turkey we received from Mortons. It arrived very well packaged and kept well until xmas day. It cooked well and was easy to carve, the meat came off in thick slices and were moist & tasty. It was the best quality turkey we've had in years and will not go anywhere else in future

I would definitely recommend Morton’s. Excellent service. Excellent turkey. What more can I say. I was really late ordering a Turkey as Smithfield’s Auction was cancelled. Morton’s managed to fit me in perfectly. Just before Christmas Eve. After having this turkey. There is definitely no need to go to Smithfield’s anymore.

This is my second year in a row purchasing from Morton's for our Christmas turkey and yet again it didn't disappoint! The turkey was delivered on time even with all the delivery disruptions this year and after cooking to their instructions had the perfect succulent meat for the roast! Would highly recommend purchasing from them as you know you will get great quality products even if you are halfway across the country. P.s Loved the pouch of spices to make leftover turkey curry :D
