I really enjoyed using this chilli sauce making kit! It was fun to experiment with different flavours, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The ingredients provided were fresh, and the sauces turned out delicious. The only reason I’ve given it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wished there were a bit more variety in the kit for different spice levels, but overall, it’s a great way to create custom chilli sauces at home. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves cooking or spice!

I have never made cheese before, but when I bought this kit I was watching videos about it. I bought this kit and did some research on what I would need. Raw milk is commonly used to make cheese, but since raw milk can't be sold in packaged form(atleast in my state) I settled for pasteurized. Works fairly well, and I haven't had any troubles yet. It's a bit more difficult to find though, do be wary that if you aren't willing to look for pasteurized milks, this may not work, since ultra pastureurized is heated to temperatures that change the milks ability to form curds. The package really does come with everything you need. And the book is super easy to understand.

Ordered the Large Maple Chopping Board (40cm x 30cmx 4.5cm), took a month for it since it's custom made... The workmanship is top notch, the quality and perfection. I saw no defects and can tell the effort put into making this board! It exceeded my expectations! Time to use it, time will tell but super happy so far! I originally asked for the feet to be removed, but it may have slipped their mind, but I am glad they did put the feet on because it was actually quite slippery on my wood to wood surface and the feet kept it more sturdy and probably better if placed on slight uneven surfaces.
