Review For Perfect Portion Square Sponges Selection Box of 12

Query over Sticky Toffee pud

Sent to my daughter Holly. She found the Sticky Toffee pud was cooked using the basic mix and then Sticky Toffee sauce was provided. Not at all proper! However she completely enjoyed the Spotted Dick pud so hence 4 stars instead of 5

Gorgeous Lemon Cakes

Simply love these lemon yuzu cake loafs. The icing do get absorbed into the cake during transit I imagine as the cakes are very moist and really lemony. Can’t believe these are free from. The texture is deliciously soft

Review For Gluten Free and Vegan Gingerbread Loaf Cake - 2 x 1lb - Refined Sugar Free

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Divine Gingerbread loaf

The texture is what completely blew me away—it has that perfect, dense, old-fashioned stickiness that is so hard to find. It is incredibly moist and decadent without feeling overly heavy. The spice profile is spot-on, too; it delivers a wonderful, authentic kick of ginger that warms you right up, perfectly balanced by a rich, deep molasses sweetness.
