• Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (UPS or Royal Mail): Premium weekend service with all Next Day delivery benefits.

⏵ Missed delivery?
Your courier will always try the next working day again or leave your gift in a safe designated place, or at a collection point. You can reschedule or choose a safe place or collection point directly via your tracking link. Signatures are not required; instead, a proof-of-delivery photo will be provided.

⏵ Incorrect address?
Let us know within 30 minutes of ordering, and we'll amend it free of charge. After that, if your order has already been processed or dispatched, a £7.50 redelivery fee applies, or the full cost of your gift if it can't be recovered at all.

⏵ Returns
We offer Hassle-Free Returns wherever we can. Food and personalised goods aren't required to be returnable at all under UK law, but that's not much comfort if something isn't quite right, so we've built a fair, generous policy of our own. Email us within 14 days of receipt if you'd like to return something, and get in touch to arrange a free, label-less collection. Items must be unopened and in their original condition, with the hamper or box itself intact. A flat £7.50 fee is deducted from your refund, covering the collection and return processing; we absorb the cost of any personalised or single-use packaging as part of this service.

⏵ My Gift Arrived Damaged
In the unlikely event your gift arrives damaged or faulty, we'll send a free replacement, no cost to you. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage, and we'll ask you to complete a short form. Your replacement will be prepared the same working day, ready to go with our next despatch.
