How to check the status of your order
The Orders page in your Yumbles account confirms the status of your order, and provides tracking information if your order has been dispatched on a tracked service.
You will need to login first if you haven't already. There is no guest checkout on Yumbles so just login with the email address you used to place your order.

If you have questions about or need to update your order, the quickest way to resolve your enquiry is to contact the relevant seller (the small business that is making your order). You can do this by following the steps below.
How to contact the Seller
Simply go to your Orders page and click on the “Contact the Seller” link you will see next to the order to send the maker you ordered from a direct message. They will be happy to help you.
You will need to login first if you haven't already. There is no guest checkout on Yumbles so just login with the email address you used to place your order.
You will receive their reply within 1-2 working days by email and a copy will also appear in your Yumbles inbox.
How to Escalate an Order Issue
If you have contacted a seller and find that they are not able to help you or if you are unhappy in any way with the response they have provided, then you can escalate the issue to Yumbles support here. But you must have contacted the seller first and give them chance to help you, we can only step in if you have already tried that.
