We’ve been baking cakes for some of the UK’s biggest names and most iconic brands since 1972, but at our heart we’re still the same family-run artisan Lincolnshire bakery we’ve always been.
Our devilishly decadent fruitcakes have been enjoyed by everyone from the Houses of Parliament and St James’ Palace to well-known department stores and supermarkets up and down the country (we baked Aldi’s award winning 2019 Christmas cake, don’t ya know!).But we ain’t just about fruit. Luxury sponges, moreish muffins, tantalising traybakes and oozy chocolate extravagances; we’ve got it all covered.
Our handmade delights have snuck their way into fine food outlets across the UK (some even fly the Lincolnshire flag in Europe and the USA), but we also sell our goodies directly to cake-lovers across the globe through our website and online shopping channels.
From our chief cake-taster Simon and our decorating doyenne Debbie, to our alchemy queen Jane (she’s the one we lock away with the mixing spoons to conjure up divine new recipes), we’re a bunch of passionate foodies who just love making sumptuous modern cakes the old-fashioned way.
