How it works
Season the food you are cooking with the BBQ rub and leave for 1 hour. Light up your BBQ and allow any open flame to die back to achieve a medium to low heat. Add a handful of your choice of wood chips to the smoker box and sprinkle with water. Place on the heat source, add food, cover your BBQ and cook slowly. The chips will begin to smoulder releasing their aromatic flavours which will infuse your food as it gently cooks. Results are mouthwateringly tasty. Choose your wood chip flavour to complement the food you are cooking.
All Hot Smoked woods are sourced sustainably with FSC/PEFC certification from managed woodlands or orchards. Produced specifically for food use, the chips are between 6 and 10mm in size. Store in a cool dry place and your chips will keep for 2 years.
The Spicy BBQ Rub contains Salt, Chilli, Rosemary, Paprika, Allspice and Garlic and is supplied in a glass shaker jar. Shelf life is approximately 18 months.
