Traditional Italian style dry salami made by hand with lean, course cut outdoor reared pork and air dried for up to 5 weeks.

Flavours
- Sopressata - white wine, chilli and white pepper.....mild, nutty and musty. Both hot and sweet
- Peppered - dry cured with black pepper and garlic.....fresh bright taste with hints of liquorice and anise
- Chorizo - spicy dry cured with paprika, chilli, cayenne, pepper and garlic.....hot, smoky and fruity
- Sweet Spot - sweet smoked paprika, oregano and garlic.....sweet and spicy, bold, earthy, pleasantly bitter
- Tuscan - red wine, fennel, garlic and black pepper.....fresh bright taste with hints of liquorice and anise
Average weight 200g - 250g per salami.
Prepared with 134g of raw pork per 100g.
Moisture lost during curing and maturation.
Once opened, keep refridgerated and consume by use by date (6 months from production)
This product is made in an environment where nuts, milk, gluten and fennel are used.
