This tea's name translates to 'big red robe' in English and is the most celebrated tea in the famous oolong and black tea region. According to legend, the big red robe trees found their name after a Ming Dynasty mandarin claimed a tea cured him of a serious illness. These same tea tress still survive today.
Brewing Guide:Use 3gr or 1 teaspoon per 250ml or 1 cup of fresh boiled filtered water. Infuse for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
