Artisan British charcuterie made from a heritage rare breed pig, the Mangalitza.

Beal's Farm is a family run business with their herd of free range Mangalitza pigs, which are locally reared and produced into a range of charcuterie. Beal's Farm uses techniques learnt from local villagers in Andalucia where they lived for eleven years and Mediterranean styled recipes. Each individually boned cut of meat is cured it in its own special mix of fresh herbs and spices, before it is slow dried for up to five months. Mangalitza pork is considered among the tastiest in the world due to its highly marbled, rich, flavourful meat, which is high in omega-3 fatty acids and natural antioxidants.

Their selection of artisan air dried meats consist of the best whole cuts such as the neck, the loin and the leg.
