Aoife & Jon started making their own sauerkraut in 2014, and after giving lots away and then seeing the benefits to their family and friends who were eating it, they began selling at local markets in 2016. Their goal is to run an environmentally friendly, sustainable business that produces top quality ferments. Sourcing local ingredients is extremely important to them, and they always choose to buy local and use local services whenever they can.

Good For Your Ferments make 6 different flavours and sometimes an extra seasonal special. These are Celtic Kymchi, Smokin' Hot, Bangin' Beets, Classic, Tropical Turmeric and Sea Green. Their products are completely natural, live, handmade in small batches, allergen free and suitable for vegans.
