Energising and refreshing non-alcoholic hibiscus drinks, a tropical classic.

On a business trip to Nigeria in 2017, founder, Fola, was intrigued by the dried hibiscus leaves that were being sold on the busy streets of Lagos. At the time she was unsure what the use of these leaves were so when a family member showed her that it can be used for teas or a cold beverage this sparked even more interest.

Hibiscus is commonly known as Sorrel amongst Caribbean’s, this drink is also known as Zobo to Nigerians, Sobolo to Ghanaians, and Bissap to the Senegalese. It is characterised as an energising and refreshing taste enjoyed by many in the tropics. This great tasting drink can be enjoyed at any time, any place, and any occasion during the day.
