Multi-award winning chocolatier from London with one main desire - to show the world what is meant by “indulgence is everything”. 

Paul Wayne Gregory has over 25 years experience in the catering industry, starting out as a baker and then becoming a main kitchen chef.  He has worked in Michelin star restaurants and high-end establishments across Europe. 

Before permanently returning to England, Paul worked in France with Mousier Jean Valentine classmate of the legendary pastry chef Michelle Roux, and in Spain with renowned pastry chef and chocolate Master Oriol Balaguer. It was here Paul developed the love for working with chocolate and passion to open his own chocolate business.

Paul Wayne Gregory provided chocolates for the Queens 80th birthday and has won a total of 15 gold awards, 5 silver awards, 1 bronze. 

Paul Wayne Gregory Chocolate won a total of 3 Awards of Excellence and was voted within the top 10 chocolate makers by 'I magazine'.
