1/2 cup (100g) frozen blueberries
FOR THE SAUCE;
2 heaped tbsp unsweetened soya yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
1 tbsp oat milk 1 tbsp maple syrup
2 heaped tbsp that protein Chirpy Chirpy Choca Mocha Super Protein
1 tbsp granola
METHOD:
Place the oats in a pan and cover with the boiling water while you mash the banana. Turn on the heat, stir in the banana, oat milk, vanilla and almond flour/ butter. Cook on medium until it reaches your desired texture. Make sure to stir it so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.While the oats are cooking defrost the berries in the microwave for 1 minute. If they aren't defrosted by then give them a stir and microwave in 10 second bursts until they are warm and juicy.Mix together the Chirpy Chirpy Choca Mocha Super Protein powder, 1 tbsp yogurt, oat milk and maple syrup to make a sauce.
