The Fermentation Station is a Fermented Food & Drink Producer, Specialising in Cultured Cashew Cheese, who's mission is to bring plant-based eating back to plants. 

TFS grew out of a real passion for food, the community it creates, the traditions it harbours, and the cultures it engages. Wherever there’s love, there’s food, and the festive tradition of making homemade hampers for our loved ones, grew into experimenting with new products and recipes. 

Fermentation is an ancient technique of preserving foods, here you can find products such as Cheese, Kombucha, Sauerkraut, and much more!

One of our main specialities is creating a great tasting VEGAN CHEESE so that we can say goodbye to rubbery processed cheeses available in supermarkets.

Charlie (founder) thought:

"why can’t vegan cheese be super tasty but good for you too? Why do so many companies use so many starches and nasty fillers?"

It took time to perfect the recipes, but with the magic of fermentation... We've nailed it!

Made from 75% Organic and Ethically Sourced Goan Cashew Nuts and very little else, they are here and we're ready to shout about it: Bold flavours that match our Bold Vision & Even Bolder Mission!
