Combining natural ingredients with time honoured curing techniques to produce flavoursome, succulent beech smoked salmon.

Luss Smokehouse is in an idyllic location nestled right on the banks of Loch Lomond in the conservation village of Luss. Their small, tight knit team is made up of all local people, who take great pride in skilfully undertaking the art of smoking.

They use only the finest and freshest sustainably sourced fish from the west coast of Scotland, with each fish individually hand filleted before gentle kiln smoking in the traditional way for up to 12 hours. Using beech wood as opposed to traditional oak produces a light, delicate smoke which never overpowers the fish's natural flavours.
