The Moreish One: Charred Aubergine Pickle is our take on our favourite Indian brinjal pickle. The name says it all! We have been known to eat this one out of the jar with a spoon.
It has all the best flavours with smoky charred aubergine slow cooked in garlic, cumin, chilli, turmeric and mustard seeds. It’s an absolute pantry essential for quick, easy and delicious meals! We use it as a marinade, a simmer sauce with water or stock, a flavour base for a gentle curry with coconut milk, or as a salad dressing with lemon juice and olive oil. It also makes for next-level meals whenn used as a pizza base, tossed through roast potatoes or as a chutney in toasted sandwiches and on cheeseboards.

How do I store my charred aubergine pickle?
This is an ambient product and prefers a cool, dark shelf. Once opened, store below 5C in the fridge and consume within 1 month (if it lasts that long!).
What's the minimum shelf-life I'll receive?
The minimum shelf life we sell our products with is one month, though the average on dispatch is 3-4 months. If you have a specific shelf-life requirement include a note in your order and we'll do our best to meet this.
