This product does not require refrigeration upon receipt. It is shipped at ambient temperature and can be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight until the products are opened. Each product will have approx. 3 months shelf life.
Although the content varies slightly to help us balance the stock from our whole animal butchery approach you can be sure that you will receive:
5 sliced packs (Typically this would be Garlic and Pepper Salami 55g, Spiced Loin 50g, Smoked Air Dried Ham 45g, Four Peppercorn Collar 50g, Smoked Air Dried Belly 60g, But could also be Cotswold Chorizo 55g, Fennel Salami 55g)
1 pack of PigSticks snacking salami (Typically Cotswold Chorizo BUT could also be Fennel or Garlic and Pepper, min 50g)
2 spreadable salamis (SaltPig Sobrasada and Cotswold 'Nduja, 100g)
1 Bolognese Booster 100g (to make the perfect bolognese or add to a stew or ragu - it's like a supercharged cured meat stock cube)
Garlic and Pepper Salami - Pork (175g used per 100g of finished product), salt, dextrose, garlic, freshly ground spices, ascorbic acid, potassuim nitrate, natural casing.
Smoked Air Dried Ham - Pork leg (150g used per 100g of finished product), Cornish sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, juniper, rosemary, ascorbic acid, potassium nitrate.
Spiced Loin - Pork loin (165g used per 100g of finished product), salt, fresh chillies, freshly ground spices, dark muscavado sugar, lemon zest, garlic, ascorbic acid, potassium nitrate.
Four Peppercorn Collar - Pork collar (170g used per 100g of finished product), Cornish sea salt, fresh garlic, Black/green/white/pink peppercorns, potassium nitrate, ascorbic acid.
Air Dried Smoked Belly - Pork belly(150g used per 100g of finished product), Cornish sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, potassium nitrate, ascorbic acid.
