(Typically this would be Garlic and Pepper Salami 60g, Spiced Loin 55g, Smoked Air Dried Ham 50g, Four Peppercorn Collar 55g, Smoked Air Dried Belly 65g, But could also be Cotswold Chorizo 60g, Fennel Salami 60g)
1 pack of snack stix
(Typically Cotswold Chorizo BUT could also be Fennel or Garlic and Pepper, min 50g)
2 spreadable salamis

1 Bolognese Booster 100g (to make the perfect bolognese or add to a stew or ragu - it's like a superchaged cured meat stock cube)

All products come with a minimum 6 week shelf life (most often closer to 3 months) and can be stored in a cool dry place (once opened refrigerate and consume with 3 days).
