How do I track my order? 

Login to your Yumbles account area to find your tracking details. 

How is the hamper packaged? 

All products are packaged within a premium quality EDEN Treats branded board hamper, with an optional gift sleeve featuring a choice of preset occasion messages. Artisan Hampers measure approx. 30cm x 23cm x 9cm (shipping dimensions: 45cm x 24cm x 9cm) and weigh approx 1.5kg - 2kg. Luxury paper ruffles are included to protect the hamper contents and add to the excitement. Plus a 6x4" Gift Card. Our hampers are despatched inside a bespoke double-wall cardboard outer, sealed with EDEN Treats tape.

What are your products made from? 

We offer unrivalled quality promise, ensuring every product selected is great tasting and made with real quality ingredients. What’s more, our products are handpicked to order, and we’re proud to regularly introduce fresh new products. Our full product list can be requested. 

Are products approved by the Vegan Society? 

We work directly with independent suppliers, some are accredited, others may not yet have accreditation with the Vegan Society.  However, we strictly vet suppliers to confirm their products are suitable for Vegans.

Are you able to provide a nut or soy-free hamper? 

At this time we do not provide a guaranteed ‘Nut or Soy Free’ hamper. However, please contact us directly regarding your requirements, as we do stock some products which do not contain nuts or soy and may be able to assist you. 

Can I set a delivery date for the future? 

Yes, please select the date you wish this to be delivered by when ordering. 

Do I have to be 18 years or older to purchase? 

Some of our products allow alcohol to be added as an additional extra. If you opt to add alcohol, then you must be at least 18 years old.
