These award-winning spinach and mushroom pies are branded “Pie’wich”, as the dough used is something between bread and a brioche. It is used to encase a selection of mushrooms including oysters and chanterelles and is stuffed with spinach, mozzarella and cheddar style cheeses. This is an updated, healthier, vegan version of a Russian recipe called Piroshki and they are always made to order. The bakery originates from the founder’s family’s first ever bakery in St Petersburg and is now based in Yorkshire under the name of Cossack Cuisine.
This is a delicious pie that takes its inspiration from Morocco. As well as the headline ingredients, they also pack a spicy kick, courtesy of the infusion of turmeric, paprika, cumin and coriander. These pies are cooked in small batches, freshly made to order and have also won a Great Taste award.
This box of nine award winning sweet potato vegan “vork” (pork alternative) pies is sure to please the plant free meat enthusiast in your life! They can be served hot or cold and are very versatile. They can be a brilliant vegan solution for anything from picnics to buffets to Christmas dinners and can be eaten with a wide range of accompaniments. The pies are made to order by hand in small batches by Sophie in Nottingham, an artisan baker who is environmentally conscious and as eco-friendly as possible.
This flan gives a mouth-watering taste of fresh Mediterranean flavours and is filled with spinach, leeks and herbs to make a very satisfying meal (side dish optional!). The flans are handcrafted and made to order with the ingredients are ethically and locally sourced. The flans are also gluten, dairy and sugar free, with no compromise having been made on the taste.
